We are currently relying on DropContact to find emails and phone numbers of your prospect.
Credits are used to show you how many enrichment you can operate, here is a video showing how are email credits used.
The basic plan does not include credits, however the Professional and Enterprise plans (see here: https://account.leadjet.io/billing) are giving you 100 and 1000 credits respectively each month.
If you did not used all credits that month, it would be brought over to the next month on top of the additional new credits that you will get that month.
When you sign up you will be given 5 enrichment credits by default and once you are done with the onboarding walkthrough that shows you all the features we offer you will get 10 more.
To avoid reporting personal emails that Leadjet can find because they are available publicly on the LinkedIn profile, I suggest you toggle the corresponding settings in the dashboard to ignore them.
Our added value, intended for bigger enterprise accounts, is to also be able to link Leadjet to any of your email enrichment providers (DropContact, Hunter, Skrapp, Kendo, ...).
Leadjet takes care of querying the different providers until we get a result. You can take advantage of this enrichment feature when you click on "Reveal" on a LinkedIn profile. Simply grab your e.g. Hunter API key, put it on your dashboard, and you're all set!
