Leadjet only offers the auto-update feature to our professional and enterprise users (see here: https://account.leadjet.io/billing) and you are required to be a SalesNavigator user to use it.
- The auto-update feature works in the background, while you are navigating LinkedIn. We do so to avoid creating too much unusual-robotic activity, that LinkedIn may be suspicious of. No action whatsoever is required by the user, everything happens automatically.
- We only update CRM contacts with a LinkedIn URL available. For technical reasons, first, and also because it often means that the said contacts were visited before, and so we keep the scope of the auto-update feature limited (to prevent LinkedIn suspicion).
- We take the most outdated CRM contacts in priority, and send a report showing what changed every Monday.
- The more Leadjet users you have in your company the more updates per year you can run. For instance if we have 10 users we can auto-update 300k contacts per year.
